Do I have to do naked photos?
Not at all. This boudoir session is a safe space for you, I want to know where your boundaries lie and what you feel comfortable and not comfortable doing. I will never push you to do something you aren't comfortable to do, you always have a voice.
Are the photos shared of kept private?
I will keep them totally private unless you share with me that you are comfortable with me using them on my website & social medias for promotion. The choice is completely up to you. A lot of my clients want their photos to be kept totally private and I always respect that.
Do I have to be in shape to do a boudoir session?
Absolutely not. Boudoir is about loving and celebrating your body exactly as it is right now, with your curves, your stretch marks, and all of the beautiful imperfections life has left you.
What should I wear for my boudoir session?
This is completely up to you, but I will absolutely offer guidance on what to wear! Outfits can vary from a cozy sweater with undies, to sexy lingerie to nothing at all. What matters is that you wear whatever makes you feel more sexy and comfortable!
Can I bring a friend to my session for support?
I usually prefer that my clients come alone as a friend, even though they come with the best intentions, can interrupt the flow & process of the session. Although, if you feel like having your friend there is the ONLY way you will feel comfortable, let's absolutely chat about it.
Are you going to edit out my pimples?
Yes, I do edit out pimples and/or bruises.
I can soften stretch marks, but I will not photoshop your body in any shape or form.
How do I prepare for a boudoir photoshoot?
My recommendations are to stretch your body for a few days before the shoot & do whatever else you'd do to get ready for a date: shave your legs? moisturize? do your nails? Whatever helps you feel beautiful and sexy. I also often suggest to my clients to visualize themselves rocking their shoot & having so much fun for a couple of days before the shoot!
