Surprise Maternity Photoshoot

Some shoots really keep you on your toes, and M and D’s maternity photoshoot in Montreal was definitely one of those! This sweet couple had been crossing their fingers for sunny, beautiful weather, but the universe had other ideas. After already dealing with rain on their engagement shoot AND wedding day (talk about bad luck!), they were determined to finally get the bright, sun-filled photos they’d been dreaming of. We started the session in an orchard nearby Montreal, a favorite spot of mine. The late evening sunlight was just perfect—warm and golden, casting a beautiful glow on the lush greenery all around us.
